I highly recommended Ford Real Estate. We have talked many times over the last two years with John and Tami about the possibility of selling our home. They always took the time to answer our questions.  In April we finally pulled the trigger and contacted the Ford Team to help us through the real estate transactions. Mike Hiliare is wonderful to work with. I met him at an open house and chose him to be our realtor because he is straightforward, informative, does not talk down to you, or act like a used car salesman. He is just real people.
He really listened to what we wanted and only had to show us two properties when we fell in love, and we closed today! Thank you, Mike, for being part of this process with us and thank you, Celia Roy, for keeping us up on all the paperwork!
Wade was engaged as our real estate agent after he showed us a different property (representing the seller) that we decided not to purchase. He has a down to earth personality and he impressed us that not only did he know what he was doing but that we could trust him to have our best interests as his top priority. We moved thru the process without a hitch on our side and closed in a relatively short time frame. He was thorough and detail oriented and he was on top of the process the whole way. Fabulous experience working with FORD REAL ESTATE. They are down to earth and honest and they listen to your wants and needs. Our house went pending within 3 days being on the market.
They took care of all the details, and everyone was completely responsive and accessible for all questions/concerns. We will use FORD REAL ESTATE again, and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.

Tom Szczesniak and the Ford Team did an excellent job of selling my duplex. Both sides stayed occupied during the escrow and the team made the process super easy for me as I live out of town and travel frequently to remote places. We worked with Mike on the Ford Team to purchase our first home. He was never pushy with us but always on the lookout for homes that met our criteria. He was very insightful about the homes we looked at and the neighborhoods they were in. It was a wonderful experience overall, Mike and everybody at the Ford Team we worked with did a great job!
We have had such positive experiences with the Ford Team. Â A couple of years ago we were in the market for a new home because our family was expanding. Â We had looked for quite awhile and John jumped in and came to the rescue. Â Within the shortest amount of time he showed us two homes that were right up our alley. Â We decided to go with the second one and it is perfect! Â We are so glad he found us the house we're in now. Â The process was easy and he was constantly in touch with us and we were able to close fairly quickly and, with everything in place, we got the keys the day before Thanksgiving! Everyone worked hard to get us the house before the holiday.
Fast forward a year and a half and we came right back to the Ford Team to have them help us sell our rental. Â Tami was so easy to work with and, just like John, a great communicator who kept us apprised of the situation and every little nuance that came our way. Â We had never sold a house before and were completely new to the situation. Â Tami was so wonderful and made the experience as easy as you can when selling a home. Â Selling a house is so stressful and she was the bright spot in the experience.
We are so glad to have the Ford Team help us when it comes to our housing needs. Â We would strongly recommend them and if we are ever in the market to buy or sell again we will be contacting them!
